Program description
The Bonita Springs Action Group Text Updates program provides recurring informational and political text messages about civic issues, public-safety priorities, elections, events, and opportunities to participate.
Enrollment and consent
By enrolling through our website and checking the text message consent box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Bonita Springs Action Group at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that mobile number and are authorized to provide consent.
Message frequency and charges
You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Bonita Springs Action Group does not charge a separate fee for the program.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email info@bonitaspringsactiongroup.org. You may enroll again later through the website.
Delivery
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program may not be available on every device or mobile network.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes or termination
We may modify or discontinue the program or these terms. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
